This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which TrueWebWorks.com ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") issues or declines refunds for subscription fees and related charges. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to TrueWebWorks.com are non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any one-time fees. Because our services involve immediate allocation of resources — including website building, hosting infrastructure, domain configuration, and designer time — we are unable to offer refunds once work has commenced or a billing cycle has been charged.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation: Your website and services will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after the billing period ends. Your website will be taken offline at the end of the final billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. No refunds are issued for annual subscriptions if cancelled mid-year.

3. Free Trial Period

If TrueWebWorks.com offers a free trial period, no charge will be made during that period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged at the applicable rate.

4. Exceptions and Goodwill Credits

While all fees are generally non-refundable, TrueWebWorks.com reserves the right to issue account credits or partial refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as: Significant service outages caused solely by our infrastructure (exceeding 72 consecutive hours). Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error. Charges made after a confirmed written cancellation was received and acknowledged. To request consideration of an exception, contact us at hello@truewebworks.com within 7 days of the charge in question. We will review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation. We encourage you to contact us first — most billing issues can be resolved quickly without involving your bank.

6. Price Changes

If we increase your subscription price, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance. If you choose not to accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for the current billing period in this scenario.
