How long does it take to build my website?

For Informational plans, we typically deliver your completed website within 3–7 business days of receiving your completed intake form. For Ecommerce plans, which involve more configuration (product catalog, payment gateway, inventory), delivery is 7–14 business days.

What do I need to provide?

Just the basics: your business name, a description of what you do, any text or images you'd like included, your logo (if you have one), and your design preferences. If you don't have a logo or photos, let us know — we can work with what you have or source royalty-free images.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. That's the whole point. You fill out a form, we handle everything — coding, design, hosting, SSL, domain setup, and maintenance. You focus on your business.

The Ecommerce plan ($159/month or $129/month billed yearly) includes everything in the Informational plan plus a full online store: product listings, shopping cart, secure payment gateway, order tracking, inventory management, discount codes, and a customer account portal.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Monthly billing gives you the flexibility to cancel anytime with no long-term commitment. Yearly billing saves you money — the Informational plan is $468/year (vs $588 monthly) and the Ecommerce plan is $1,548/year (vs $1,908 monthly). Yearly plans are billed upfront.

How does billing work?

Billing is fully automated through Stripe. Monthly subscribers are charged on the same date each month. Yearly subscribers are charged once per year, upfront. You'll receive an email receipt after each charge.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Your site will remain active until the end of your paid period, then it will be taken offline. You do not receive the website files or source code — the website is part of our managed platform.

Who owns the website?

TrueWebWorks.com owns the website platform, code, and infrastructure. You own the content you provide (your text, images, logo, brand). This is standard for managed website services — similar to how you don't own the software when using Shopify or Squarespace.

Yes. Hosting, SSL (the padlock in your browser), CDN delivery, and all infrastructure costs are included in your subscription. You don't need to set up or pay for anything separately.

What if I want changes after launch?

Your subscription covers hosting, maintenance, and the initial site build. Requests for additional pages, redesigns, or significant structural changes after launch are quoted separately on a per-project basis.
